EPASS means Electronic Payment and Application System of Scholarships.e pass is one of the Scholarships scheme for all type of people ...in e pass everybody apply who have less than one lakh per Annam.the aim this scheme is to encourage the students who are facing some economical problems in various categories of people i.e Scheduled Caste(sc), Scheduled Tribe(st), Backward Class(bc), Disabled, and Economically Backward Class(ebc) and others.All the candidate are requested to apply on line for fresh scholarships on the e-pass website at http://epass.cgg.gov.in

Reason for rejection :

1. If not the bornafide student .
2. Incorrect caste, Income .
3. Non submission of caste, Income certificates .
4. Incorrect course & year of study .
5. Non submission of hard copy of application .
6. If the student is not physically present .
7. Student admitted under management quota .
8. Incorrect course & year of study .
9. Non submission of enclosures .
10. Di continued/Detained students in case of renewals .
11. Claiming scholarship for same level courses .
12. Previous sanction verification for renewal .
13. Non receiving of hard copy for Fresh .
14. Non receiving of renewal proposal .
15. Claiming scholarship for same level courses . 

scholar ship offered:Students Eligible :

• Students who belong to the categories of SC (including BC-C), ST, BC, EBC and DW (Disabled).
• Annual income less than one lakh
• Students whose attendance is 75% at the end of each semester or year.

• SSC Hall Ticket Number
• Board of Intermediate Hall Ticket number
• Caste Certificate.
• Income Certificate
• in case of professional courses: CET (Common Entrance Test) number

On line application form filling for the following documents uploaded by using scan on the website.

• Caste Certificate.
• Income Certificate
• Latest photograph.
• First page of his/her pass book showing name, account number & IFSC Code
• Allotment order of CET/ M Tech/ ME/ M Pharmacy/ M Arch/ M Phil/ Ph.D etc
