We have to check the communication at every stage during the process of communication and errors and negatives should be rectified and eliminated them and there.Any communication should be resorted to by sender correctly and the receivers should receive it.Properly the impact of communication should be easily understandable besides the receiver should accept the communication.Unless these four preliminary issues are properly handled any communication will go waste and not useful.Any disturbance or bottle neck which affects the process and degree of communication and its usefulness is termed as barriers of communication.Choose the best time for the communication for optimum reception.Have to check over the sender for the relevancy of the information.
