Assam TET : Teachers eligibility test for secondary education in Assam notification 2012 available. The first Teachers Eligibility Test (TET) for Secondary Education in Assam will be conducted in the last week of February, 2013 by the Government of Assam, in Secondary Education Department. These are total vacant posts of Graduate Teachers is approximately 4500 posts. Qualification for teacher’s eligibility in secondary schools in accordance with NCTE Regulation. So interested people are they going to apply process to know as well in below :

Maximum 38 years as on 01.01.2012
Eligibility :
Graduate teacher as BA / B.Sc / B.Com with 50% marks with B.T./ B.Ed. degree from any recognized university. In that
Hindi Teacher: Pravin/ Ratna , B.A in Hindi with 50% marks degree qualification from any recognized university.
Sanskrit Teacher : B.A , Shastri with 50% marks having degree qualification from any recognized University.
Arabic, Urdu, Persian Teacher : B.A with Arabic , B.T./B.Ed. , MM with 50% marks with degree qualification from any recognized University.
Assamese Language, Manipuri Language Teacher : B.A with Honours/ Major in concerned subject with 50% marks and B.T. /B.Ed. degree from any recognized University.
Application fee :
The cost of the application form is Rs.350/- (Rupees Three hundred and Fifty only) payable at the Post Office.
Apply procedure :
Application form should be available at Post Office for purchase of application form and fill completed details of applicant.Address as given on application form.
Before qualifying TET students :
All candidates who pass the TET will be awarded a certificate. The validity of the certificate shall be for a maximum period of 2(two) years from the date of issue of the certificate by the Empowered Committee, Government of Assam.
